Inkode.io provides tools for creating and managing dynamic QR codes, barcodes, short links, link pages, and related analytics. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Inkode.io and its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Inkode and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkode.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
