How do I create a dynamic QR code?

Go to Dashboard → QR Codes → New QR Code. Choose a content type, fill in the details, and click Create. You can change the destination URL anytime without reprinting.

Can I change the URL a QR code points to after printing?

Yes — that is the key benefit of dynamic QR codes. Go to QR Codes, find your code, and update the destination. The printed QR image stays the same.

How do short links work?

Short links redirect visitors from your custom short URL (e.g., inkode.io/xyz) to any destination URL. You can enable device routing to send iOS and Android users to different destinations.

What is Device Routing / Intelligent App Linking?

Device Routing lets you send users to different URLs based on their device. Intelligent App Linking goes further — if a known app scheme is detected, we attempt to open the native app first and fall back to the web URL after 2.5 seconds.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings → Team. Click Invite Member, enter their email and role, and send the invitation. They will receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

Where can I find my scan and click analytics?

Analytics are available on the detail page of each QR code or short link. You can see total scans, unique visitors, device breakdown, country, and referrer data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage Subscription. You can cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes limited QR codes, short links, and basic analytics. Upgrade to Pro or Business to unlock higher limits, custom domains, team features, and advanced analytics.
